The UWA Women’s Department Damsel Magazine is the only magazine on campus created by women and non-binary contributors. Damsel Magazine aims to share, inspire, give a voice to and be a voice for women and non-binary students from every facet of life through our online and print publications. We’re seeking content from women and non-binary students from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and identities.
Damsel and the UWA Women’s Department acknowledges the Whadjuk Noongar people who are the original custodians of the land we work, learn and create on. We pay respects to elders past, present and emerging. We recognise the role of Whadjuk Noongar women and non-binary people as the original storytellers of this country, and their continual influence and importance within feminist literature, thought and storytelling.
